SDA 2008 Stunt Awards!
Here are the SDA 2007 Stunt Awards that were announced during the President's Banquet:
- #6 Award, Stunt # 20, Balloon Catch, Dennis Kelly, Sr., Director, MOOLAH.
- #5 Award, Stunt # 10, Ball Release & Catch, William Martin, Director, AL MALAIKAH.
- #4 Award, Stunt # 14, Novice Game Calling, Robert Mallett, Director, BEN HUR.
- #3 Award, Stunt # 28, The Bomb, Ray Segasser, Director, AMARA.
- #2 Award, Stunt # 24, I Walk the Line, Mark McLean, Director, TUNIS.
- #1 Award, Stunt # 34, Aim for the Moon to Bust Your Balloon, Tom Ferrell, Director Emeritus, SUDAN. They received the "Traveling Trophy" and must bring it back to SDA 2009 in Columbus, OH for the next #1 Stunt winner.
The President's Trophy, selected by President Ray Casey was Stunt # 25, Elliott's Carpet Installers , Mike Adams, Director, MURAT.
The Best New Stunt Award, along with the $100 prize, was presented to Stunt # 32, Log Splitter, Arnold Johnson, Director, AAD.
Member of the Year 2008!
The 2008 Member of the Year Award, selected from 6 applicants, went to Noble Donald Weber, MOOLAH, St. Louis, MO.
